The worst wake up call!
Pretty scary morning. Our tour bus got stuck on a railroad track. Awoke to our tour manager Tom screaming, “Get up! Get off the bus. We’re stuck on a railroad track!!!” I was wearing no pants or glasses! Just tights and a shirt! Ha! It’s funny now looking back! I also did a cartoon style fall where my legs scrambled to avoid falling!! I fell on my ass despite my efforts!
Seriously though it was very scary! Our bus pulled out just in the nick of time. We were literally all about to jump off! We looked out the back windows to find a train about to pass where we were stuck just a moment before! Being in a band is apparently a very dangerous job! Eesh!
Bus is fine, we’re all fine, nerves have settled. I just lived a moment in an action film!!! Ha. Wow!
